This kayak is light enough to be backpacked into remote locations that are otherwise unreachable with a hard-shell kayak. Designed for whitewater use, it has 5 chambers total with a durable nylon reinforced PVC bottom and protective fabric outer cover. There’s a heavy-duty PVC inner tube and skid plates front and back. The molded rubber handles make short portages a breeze, and the kayak has D-Rings on the back deck for attaching extra gear. You’ll stay comfy and secure with the folding seat (with Velcro® attachment) and thigh straps along with adjustable foot and back supports.. This kayak has been built with durability and reliability in mind with the use of heavy-duty YKK zippers with self-locking nylon sliders (corrosion resistant). There’s even a neoprene paddle-stroke knuckle guard. Includes heavy-duty duffel bag with shoulder strap and repair kit.
